Check-in time is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and availability.

Please shower before using the hot tubs. Do not use detergent on the bathing suits that will be worn in the hot tubs.
🏠 House Rules & Amenity Policy

Smoking & Drugs
• Absolutely no smoking or drug use anywhere on the property.
• A $1,000 cleaning fee applies if smoke odors are detected.

Pets
• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed for $100 per pet. Cats are not allowed.
• Pets must be supervised and adhere to leash laws.
• No pets in the hot tub, gym and sauna.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.

No Moving Furniture or Appliances:
• Please do not rearrange the home.

Occupancy Limits:
• Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limits of the home.

Secure the Home:
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving or before checking out.

Hot Tub
• No lifeguard on duty – soak at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times near hot tubs. Guests under 18 require adult supervision.
• Shower before use and avoid detergents on bathing suits.
• No glassware near or in the hot tubs.
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Please keep noise levels respectful.
• Turn off after use

Sauna
• Shower before use; do not use oils or lotions.
• Supervise children at all times.

Gym / Fitness Area
• A general space for stretching, yoga, or bodyweight exercises.
• Bring your own equipment if desired.
• Wipe down surfaces after use.

Mini Golf Course
• Supervise children at all times.
• No climbing on structures or throwing equipment.

Damage & Clean-Up Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for damage caused by pets, negligence, or excessive messes.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for unsanitary conditions.

Liability Waiver
• By using the hot tub, and other amenities or bringing pets, guests assume all liability for any incidents.
