We recently stayed at this VRBO property and found it to be a bit of a mixed experience.To start with the positives, the location is truly outstanding—situated directly across from the beach, the views are absolutely stunning and hard to beat. The common living space is very comfortable and inviting, making it a great place for the group to gather and relax. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which included full amenities and a thoughtful basket of goodies that added a nice welcoming touch.Renter Beware: While the listing is technically accurate, it does not fully convey some important drawbacks that significantly impact the overall experience. The pricing seems to reflect the prime location more than the actual quality and functionality of the living spaces.For example, one of the bedrooms is detached from the main house and does not include a bathroom—you must re-enter the main house to use one, which is inconvenient, especially at night. Another bedroom features bunk beds with one twin and one full mattress, which is not ideal or comfortable for adult guests.Safety is also a concern. One bathroom includes a shower/tub combination with a very deep (approximately 22-inch) tub that lacks grab bars or any non-slip surface, making it difficult and potentially unsafe to use. Additionally, there was noticeable mold in the master bathroom, which caused a serious issue for a member of our group with mold allergies.Overall, we would rate this property a 2.5 out of 5.
