This oceanfront condo has peak coastline and white-water views, and plenty of natural sunlight from expansive windows - not to mention ocean breezes to keep you cool too.

Located in the heart of La Jolla Village next to the Museum of Contemporary Art, it is just a short walk to miles of beach, abundant fine dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, and spas.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath haven, in a coveted location, is the perfect getaway for a small family or two or three couples vacationing together.

An expansive great room welcomes you with a living room area that has a large comfortable sectional couch, a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment, and a ceiling fan to keep your comfortable day and night.

A modern well-furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has everything to meet your culinary needs including a kitchen dining nook for 2-4 with a peek ocean view. Add the food and the fun and enjoy the dining area for 6.

There are 3 bedrooms, two with king beds and the third with a queen bed. A shared full bath with a shower/tub combination is accompanied by a 2nd shared bath with a large walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds - and all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

This home also has WI-FI and cable. There is only street parking available at this unit.

Create lasting memories on this idyllic California beach, its breathtaking seaside cliffs, and the many offerings of upscale La Jolla Village shops, restaurants and museums. Come and truly enjoy this unique slice of paradise - you will be glad you did!

Its location on the ocean with sweeping ocean views and lots of ways to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in the world - swim, surf, walk along the cliffs, enjoy the abundant animal life.

La Jolla Village is famous in its own right - and you are just a short stroll away from all it has to offer! So many good restaurants and fun shops to explore and enjoy.

It is comfortable and easy so you can spend most of your time enjoying La Jolla and the rich, varied, greater San Diego area with its many world-class attractions for your day’s adventures.

We manage six units in this complex if you need additional accommodations, please reach out for information.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

There's plenty of street parking available, we give all of our guests a helpful map of the area that includes suggested places to park.

This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.

Pack n' play available for rent, please contact the office for details.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

Pet Friendly (additional fees apply), one pet allowed under 20 pounds due to shared spaces.

As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.

Incredible location La Jolla

Couldn’t image a better location in La Jolla for a price that doesn’t break the bank! 1 minute walk down to the coast / beaches, a few minutes walk to restaurants in the town.

Great location, a little sparse inside

We stayed at this property for a full week and were very pleased with the location. Had no trouble parking and the walk to shops and restaurants was easy. The weather wasn’t as nice as we had hoped for so we spent more time in this condo than we might have otherwise. We found the space adequate but not overly comfortable. In fact decor and furnishings were rather tired and since it’s a first floor unit we had blinds and curtains closed most of the time for privacy. This made it feel quite dark. There was a dog upstairs that barked early each morning. This might be a great spot for young families but didn’t offer the extras that a group of adults would have liked. We had very few towels, no hand towels, no beach towels, and the bath towels were very thin.

Loud, Needs a Face Lift, Great Location

Pros of this spot: great location! We walked everywhere for the most part. The community center across the street with the playground for the kids was awesome. There is laundry on site. -Lots of space for 6 of us -TV was good - Eating space good - Kitchen was adequate - Beach close! So close! Cons: - Very loud - Loud street noise - Loud neighbors, especially the upstairs neighbors who apparently run on the opposite schedule of us (we have small kids so bedtime and sleeping is a whole thing). I heard every single thing from upstairs as though it were happening in the bedroom right next to me. They were often up late at night (3am). I'm sure our toddlers were a rude awakening at 7am. - People dumping stuff off the upstairs balcony - The paint, the bathroom could really use some help. I'm sure this company makes plenty of money on these rentals. The bathroom was sad.

Great location and nice space overall

We loved this property and its proximity to everything in La Jolla. Beds were nice, view from the patio was amazing, kitchen area was good. We appreciated there were beach towels and 3 beach chairs. Our only complaint was the bath towels were thin and really small and the screen in one bedroom window was missing. Overall loved the place and would stay again.

Incredible location

Great spacious place. Location is amazing, 1/2 block to the beach. Tons of cafe, restaurants within walking distance .. The place doesn't have a/c, so depending on the breeze level, it may get hot. There are overhead fans . Sometimes the upstairs neighbor was loud, but they quieted down around 10p. I would stay here again!
