• Ground-level entry with stairs required to access main living areas and bedrooms.
• The attached ADU shares a wall with the home. It is separately occupied with its own private entrance and address. There is a connecting door located in the downstairs hallway that is permanently locked.
• Garage and basement are locked and not accessible to guests. All parking is first come first serve as public street parking.
