« Rina is an outstanding host and helped accommodate our family’s celebration of my dad’s 70th birthday. We communicated our intentions to have an event of about 40 ppl and Rina graciously offered us help to coordinate as much as needed. Her prop manager Don José is a gem of a person and he made everyone crystal clear about the rules and made our stay memorable. We will definitely book again with Rina in the future and the property is magical ! »

« I had a group of 8 and needed an overnight close to the beach, restaurants, and airport. This met all three needs and had a great pool! Very few amenities were listed so I thought I'd list some of the standouts. It had an air unit in every room, towels, sheets, and a stocked kitchen. The house was very spacious and secured by perimeter fencing. The pool was great! It was clean and well maintained. Great stay and we hope to return in July with another group. »

« The house was comfortable and spacious. The the beach was accessible and the pool and outside living area is great! The house’s bedrooms need repair as there were leaks in the bedrooms when it rained and mold was visible from aprevious storm. With some investment in repairs this is a great home. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. They did as much as they could to make our time enjoyable. Thank you »

« The location was great. When I arrived I felt that the rooms were kinda small and they need to change the mattress on all beds. They are like a rock. I’m sure they are able to afford to replace with comfortable mattresses. The place needs a some remodeling, but over all it’s in a quiet location. All you hear is ocean waves . « The property is lovely. The beach is isolated and if you are spending most of your time at the location the home works out great. The neighborhood is not gear to exploring anything you require is a car ride away. The property has air conditioning in the bed rooms however the other rooms do not. Because the home does not have central air it does force you to enjoy the outdoors and the outdoor spaces is where this home shines. The pool area and the gazebos are excellent. »
