Welcome home!

Our 30 m² studio is located in a residence with a pool and a beautiful garden. It was completely renovated in 2022.

It’s near a beautiful park, just 5 minutes from Couchant Beach.

Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby and easily accessible on foot.
You can spend your entire vacation without driving!

The studio is very bright and cozy, consisting of a living room with a 160x195 sofa bed and a separate room with a large bunk bed.

There’s plenty of space for a family.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, a microwave/convection oven, induction cooktops, a Nespresso machine, and a large refrigerator.

Both Wi-Fi and a large SMART TV are available, with Apple TV and Amazon Prime.

A fan, blackout curtains, and electric roller shades keep the studio pleasantly cool, even in warm weather.

Please note: bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented separately.

The sets are professionally cleaned and vacuum-sealed. Kitchen towels are included.

After booking, you’ll receive detailed check-in and parking instructions from us, including photos, to make your arrival as easy as possible.
Other things to note
We work with a professional concierge service, which also handles cleaning in accordance with current COVID-19 safety measures.

If you’re staying longer and would like to clean the place yourself, all the necessary supplies are provided, including a cordless vacuum cleaner.

In the studio, you’ll find a photo with our QR code. It describes the check-in/check-out procedure and lists all the restaurants and activities in the area.

In addition, a welcome booklet with recommendations for the area is waiting for you.
