Our home helps good friends and families make memories from the minute they step foot on our property.

Our home is nestled on the wooded property with mature trees surrounding our cedar sided home. The home looks and feels like you are in nature.

The home has STRONG Wi-Fi in the home & at the Patio & Dock. DishTV cable throughout the living areas & bedrooms.

Open Floor plan on the main floor with vaulted all wood walls and exposed beam ceilings invite you into nature on Norris Lake. Our 2700 sqft, 3 story cedar lakefront home can accommodate 20 people. The main level has a full wall of windows that have breathtaking westerly views of Norris Lake with breathtaking sunsets. The main level has an open concept with a large living room with a Flagstone wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV that is open to the dining area with a large dining room table that can accommodate at least 8 people. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with modern appliances and décor and includes two stainless steel refrigerators, electric stove, microwave, Bosch dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, cookware and everything a chef or baker would need to feel at home. There is enough plates and utensils for 20 people. There is a full bathroom on the main level with a jetted jacuzzi bathtub, double vanity and toilet. The jetted tub has a full 180º view of the lake.

On the lower level there is a second living room with a full glass sliding door with views of the lake. The lower-level living room has two couches, a lazy boy recliner and flat screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level. One Bedroom is the Master bedroom with a sliding glass door that is two steps away from the Hot Tub. The master has a king size bed and two dressers along with a flat screen TV and ample closet space. The second bedroom has a full glass sliding door to the lower deck with a queen size bed, dresser and ample closet space. The third bedroom on the lower level has a queen size bed along with a twin bed, dresser and closet. There is a full bathroom on the lower level with an oversized standup shower, double vanity and toilet.

On the upper loft level there are 11 additional beds (1 king, 1 queen, 5 double, 4 twin) plus two couches. There are also several dressers and nightstands for storage. There is a Foosball table in the loft. There is a full bathroom with a full tub/ shower, vanity and toilet.

There are two fully covered decks off the back off the house with full views of the main channel of the lake. The upper deck has a BBQ, two tables and plenty of chairs. The lower deck has a 9-person jetted Jacuzzi. The Outdoor Jacuzzi water is changed before every renter gets to the house. There is a table and chairs on the lower deck along with ample seating as well as a hammock for relaxing with main channel views!

From the lower deck there are stairs down to a brand NEW paver patio with a full wood burning firepit with a full table and chairs. From this patio you are a few stairs away from the Covered two boat dock with full power. The dock has two wells and two jet ski docks. We provide 4 kayaks for our guests to use while staying at the house. There is great fishing and swimming right off the dock. The dock also has a swim ladder. We are right on the main channel with great water skiing right out back. This is one of the cleanest lakes in the US. Fishing spots for striped bass is just around the bend. We are 10 minutes away from 3 marinas by water (Whitman Hollow, Sequoyah Marina, and Norris Dam) and 20 minutes from Shanghai, Deerfield and Springs. Our location on Norris ideal for fun boating trips to the best spots on the lake!
