Excellent location right in between Deerfield Marina/Tiki Bar and Springs Dock. Community pool right next to home. Short distance to the Greens at Deerfield golf course.

You will receive a welcome packet from VRBO that includes more specific details regarding the home prior to arrival.

Reminder: Check out is at 10 AM.

If the guest decides to cancel a reservation, the policy is as follows:
- 60+ days prior to check-in day: Full refund, excluding booking fee (booking fee varies per property)
- 30-59 days prior to check-in day: half refund back
- 30 days and under prior to check in: Nonrefundable, all payments forfeited
