The Space:

Welcome to Villa 83D, your tropical escape in the secure, gated community of Tamarán. This stylishly decorated villa features 3 bedrooms: a spacious primary suite with a king bed, a guest room with two full-size beds, and another guest room with a king. The living room also includes a comfortable sofa bed—perfect for extra guests. Every room and the open-plan living/dining area are fully air-conditioned with mini-split units for year-round comfort.

The villa boasts two heated pools with hydromassage features—one on the ground level and another on the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the ocean and Sierra Madre mountains. Whether you're soaking in the sun or enjoying the evening breeze, the rooftop space is perfect for unwinding.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island and modern appliances: electric stove, oven, microwave, and an oversized refrigerator—ideal for group stays. Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream, work, or plan your adventures, and thoughtful landscaping adds charm to every corner of this well-maintained property.

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.

The Neighborhood:

Tamarán is located in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, a laid-back coastal town known for its beautiful marina, local seafood market, and Sunday farmer’s market. You're just minutes from the vibrant beaches of Bucerías, Punta Mita, and Sayulita. Explore charming local streets, try authentic Mexican cuisine, or embark on a boat tour from Marina Riviera Nayarit for whale watching or fishing.

The villa is ideally located to explore the Riviera Nayarit:

A rental car is recommended for flexibility, though taxis and rideshares are available in the area



Other Things to Note:

The property is professionally managed by the local property management team, Beach Please. Your dedicated team member will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. Additionally, the pool technician visits the property every Monday and Thursday to check and maintain the pool, ensuring it's always clean and ready for use. (The beach club is currently under construction due to a small project.)
