"La dernière fois que nous avons mangé ici, le riz n'était pas assez cuit. Il y avait un problème avec la porte de la salle de bain ; quelqu'un est venu la réparer, mais il n'y a pas de verrou de sécurité (même si ce n'est pas très grave). L'eau débordait dans la douche si on la laissait couler en continu, nous devions donc l'arrêter de temps en temps — ce qui permet d'économiser l'eau, après tout..."

"Hôtel bien situé près du centre historique d'Alcala de Henares . Belles chambres spacieuses et calmes . Buffet petit déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de choix . le personnel devrait améliorer son amabilité surtout au petit déjeuner "

"The room was large and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and bedroom/living area. We were lucky enough to find free parking in front of the parador, otherwise it was €25 per night (2pm checkin to 12pm checkout) in the garage. The meal options at the parador were quite expensive and not overly appealing to us. We enjoyed breakfast in the parador one morning but felt that while the range and quality of food in the buffet and à la carte menu were good, it still felt overpriced at €22pp and we decided not to eat there again. We very much enjoyed the location of the parador, being directly across the walking bridge from the old town and facing directly toward the famous casa colgadas was really nice. The staff were friendly and the building was incredibly clean and well maintained. We would be very happy to stay again in the future. "
