« The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. »

There are two parking spots on the property for which they use a separate booking system. The spots were full of garbage and someone had defecated on a pillow in the spot. Bien Ă©quipĂ© avec des Ă©quipements communs comme machine Ă  laver et sĂšche linge dans les communs.Par contre les chambres cĂŽtĂ© rue sont trĂšs bruyantes entre la rue et le bar et l’immeuble trĂšs mal isolĂ©, on attend les voisins dans l’escalier et chez eux (embĂȘtant en pleine nuit).Attention escalier raide pour les personnes avec problĂšme de mobilitĂ©. »

« Immaculate apartment! Well designed with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Only concern was parking, with the suggested parking garage being at full occupancy for the holiday. We were able to secure parking at a local library and utilized rideshare for convince. The apartment itself was by far one of the best stocked VRBOs. Aveda product in the shower that just gave that additional luxurious touch. »
