The ground floor features a fully independent suite offering a harmonious blend of comfort and functionality. It includes a stylish living area with a large, comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, while the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a stylish dining table ensures culinary convenience.

The upper maisonette is also fully independent and can be accessed either via an internal staircase from the ground floor or through its own private entrance on the first floor. Along the internal staircase, two separating doors discreetly divide the two apartments, ensuring complete privacy and allowing each guest to enjoy their stay without disturbance or to keep the two suites connected, depending on your needs.
