Witte Manor - Spacious 4BR Retreat

This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Kyle. With four bedrooms, including three double beds, a bunk bed, and a child bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Guests enjoy two and a half bathrooms, featuring a bathtub and bidet for added comfort. The peaceful setting invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying quiet moments, this gorgeous house offers an awesome retreat. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Your reservation includes private use of the main house only. Witte Wonderland, the separate upstairs apartment above the detached garage, may host other guests. The backyard, BBQ, breezeway, and outdoor seating are shared with those guests. The apartment, garage, and locked owner spaces are not included. No washer or dryer is included in a Manor-only stay.

For easiest check-in, park in front of the main house and use its yellow front door. Spaces A and B behind the garage are available if you prefer; space C is reserved for Wonderland guests. If you park behind the garage first, walk around the property to reach the main-house front door. Please keep the alley, sidewalks, and access routes clear.

Pets are not permitted with Manor-only bookings. Dogs may stay through Estate bookings, so the home is not pet-free. Front porch steps and a step down at the driveway are present. The primary bedroom, full bathroom, and half bath are downstairs; the remaining three bedrooms are upstairs.
