« Friendly helpful people.Beautiful well kept grounds, simple but tasty food »

« Very nice place for your family enjoy the beutiful scenery and relax »

« This hotel is falsely advertised as a 5-star property. At the most, this is a 3-star property. Installing whirlpool baths in rooms does not mean that you now have a 5-star hotel. Personnel wants to offer a good service but they lack proper training and the end result is that customers receive a bad service. The property is also not properly maintained, already worn down, and poorly fusnirshed and decorated. It also feels like everything is dirty. Food is also an issue: there is no...

« Lovely and attentive staff but room amenities were substandard for a presumed 5 star hotel . »

« We stayed here because the description says 1 minute walk from Peryvar Reserve, it is not. 15 to 20 mins out of Kumily up a very bumpy track. No atmosphere at all. No yoga offered. Evening meal not good, I complained but ignored. Chef shouting in the kitchen. Pool green. Restaurant service not good at all. The best feature is the great taxi driver who works for the hotel. Although it was a VERY expensive service. Check the details before you book. »

« The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and they also helped organize additional activities, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast spread was quite limited and could be improved. We also noticed that the bedsheets were not properly clean during check-in, which affected the first impression of the stay. »

« Beautiful views form the room's balcony. Large room, looks exactly like the photos even with a seating area and fridge plus a huge bathroom. Staff were very helpful and lovely food. Large choice for evening meal and huge breakfast self service buffet »

« Great ambience. Beautiful view. Cordial staff. 30 minutes from Vagamon town. Nice restaurant and food. Room is spacious with a large balcony. As the location is mostly cold and moist the room walls need periodic painting to avoid molding. »
