« An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. Shout out to the front desk team who answered all questions and helped us book a car at the last minute when uber flaked. »

« Nice new hotels, nice onsens, close to slopes, very efficient shuttle service, nice team. Still feels like soft opening with teething issues (ie the thermostat of our room was not functioning so we left window open to mitigate). nice breakfast and afuri restaurant. nice view ofYotei and hirafu »

« Hotel is new, rooms are quite big, we had nice relaxing time in this hotel. Breakfast is also yummy. I recommend it without hesitation if you go through the area. »
