« This hotel is beautiful! The view on the sea from the pool is just amazing. I would definetly rate it 5 stars for the environment and the view. However, the room we booked was a bit disapointing. Overall the room is clean and everything is fine, but you can hear your neighbors as if they are in the same room as you. If you need some privacy this isn't ideal. We were in the Nina rooms. If you want more privacy I would recommend taking a bungalow, as you have no direct neighbors, I guess it's a...

« Our room had a leaking broken sink and water flooded the floors as soon as we checked in and used the bathroom sink. The water was draining through to the floors and created an unsanitary mess. Then the hotel has no free breakfast. The staff is very warm and nice but the management needs to fix the rooms. The pillows are not the best either. Please purchase some nice fluffy ones. Bad hotel that's not value for the money paid in the Uluwatu area . Great customer service. »

« I chose this hotel because it's the closest to the beach, within walking distance of all the shops and bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and the semi-outdoor bathroom was incredible. The staff were all very attentive and very friendly. There's a great pool and outdoor area to relax in to get away from the noise of the street.
