The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is communication with the company was annoying. If you sent a message they just sent an automated reply and didn’t answer your question. « What a view! The house was great in every way but especially the view. You could see the ocean from all three balconies on the front of the house. Fortunately the house in front of this house is only one story so the views from this house are fantastic. It was like being oceanfront. Layout of the house was great for our extended family. There were a total of nine of us aged 23 to 74. Everyone enjoyed the house. The elevator is a great touch for older folks like the one that was in our party. ...

« Property was spotless and the crew managing the business were extremely helpful. Spacious and inviting unit. Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit. »
