• 1 Dedicated parking spot for your convenience

• This suite has one double queen bedroom that comfortably sleeps four
• Free high speed WiFi
• Flatscreen TV
• Fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

House Rules
• This boutique motel setting provides numerous communal activiites with shared commons, please be respectful of your neighbors during your stay
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules. Unapproved late check outs may result in a $200 fee.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Parking for Vida Stoke 2 is Space # 2, please refrain from parking elsewhere
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• No pets allowed
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.
