You won't soon forget the extraordinary views after your visit to "Sea Mist". This 3 Bedroom and 3 full bathroom duplex will beckon you to come back and stay again often. From the outstanding location to the enduring charm of this very special seaside community, you'll be impressed and made to feel very welcome.

There's two King bedrooms and a Queen plus Pyramid Bunks (Twin over Full) in the secondary, as well as three full bathrooms. The kitchen is large and open to the living area, so no one is left out of the fun during meal prep. Step out back and you'll find the glorious Atlantic Ocean just a few steps away. There's even an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand after a fun-filled excursion. The home includes a small garage area suitable for 1 car or stowing your beach toys. The property also includes a Tesla recharger for convenience and practicability.

While staying in Kure Beach you will enjoy expansive, white sand beaches and wonderful restaurants like Freddie's, Big Daddy's and Jack Mackerel's. Bring a rod and try your luck fishing from the Kure Beach Pier, or explore the historic Fort Fisher and imagine yourself protecting the precious dunes. Don't miss the NC Aquarium where you can walk through various ecosystems and see what lurks beneath our waters. You can also easily take a short drive up to Carolina Beach for the free fireworks on the beach each Thursday and stick around for carnival rides and maybe a sweet treat on the Boardwalk. No matter what you do, you are sure to fall in love with Pleasure Island.

Parking: Parking for three vehicles, including one in the garage.
Prohibited: Smoking and Pets.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “K125 – Sea Mist” as a vacation rental.

Overall we a wonderful weekend thanks to the excellent location of this house - the beach access was short and the deck offered a clear view of the beach and ocean. Just what we were looking for. Unfortunately I would not book this house again because it had a strange musty smell, was not very clean (particularly the living room carpet, all of the furniture and cushions), and being so close to the street the traffic noise was very loud at night while trying to fall asleep. The mattress in the first level bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable, and the bunk beds squeaked so loud we could hear our kids shifting position in bed from our room below them. The kitchen was not very well stocked - not enough forks or plates for both breakfast and dinner, and no sheet pans, no baking pans, and no wine glasses, among other things. It was bare minimum and felt a bit neglected. The deck and beach access were very nice though.

Excellent ocean views. Plenty of room for everyone.Be prepared to spend 75-100 for basic items such as tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, napkins, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, trash bags, beach towels, etc.. When we arrived there was literally one tissue left in one box in the entire vrbo. The ice dispenser did not dispense ice. There was no cookie sheet or roasting pan. We could not figure out how to get the TV sound to work without echoing. Internet connection was excellent. The beach "tent" was badly broken and unusable. There are essentially no beach chairs. There are a lot of kids' sand toys (plastic shovels, buckets, nets), but we were all adults. There were no instructions left for use of appliances (such as TV) and no information about local shops or points of interest.

We loved our stay here at this home. It was perfect for our family of 4 and my parents. The beds were very comfortable and linens excellent. Home was clean. A nice feature was the use of the garage for your car and your beach chairs. Please be sure to bring all items that Bryant suggests to you because you will need them. The home did not have a colander, so that would be a good thing to add. All appliances were good and worked just fine. I recommend the Bagels and Ice Cream shop across the street. Also Jack Mackerels had great food and service!

Neighbors were quiet, the house had some wear and tear upon entry which we always take photos just to cover ourselves, turns out everything was perfectly fine. We had a wonderful stay here and they do provide with tons of extra towels and enough supplies for our f amily of 6

This property was very good but lacked a few things such as it needs an upgrade of LR furniture, bring your own pots and pans, and there is limited parking, only 2 vehicle’s. Great location and place for 8 people. I would return.

Kure Beach Family Vacation

Property’s location was great. Right off the beach. Direct access was perfect for the family. Please read the list of things to bring as there are minimal products ie: no dish soap, etc. It is an accurate list, it was just a lot as we flew do bringing all of those items was impossible, We enjoyed the beach. It was so clean. The kids enjoyed the pier as well.

Great location at Kure Beach

We enjoyed our days at the beach and sitting on the large covered deck overlooking the ocean. Meals in are easy with the well stocked kitchen and the large dining table inside plus a patio table outside but if you don’t want to cook there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall this is a very nice unit and the property manager was very responsive. There were some beach toys and beach chairs including boogie boards left behind by someone but you need to bring your own beach towels and I would suggest bringing your own kitchen towels as well. One dish cloth and one kitchen towel for an entire week just wasn’t sufficient. However the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, toaster, blender, microwave, utensils and dishwasher. the place is wonderfully located for peace and quiet and the beach is beautiful. The pier and some small restaurants are a quick half mile walk up the beach. You can’t beat Kure for a relaxing beach vacation.

Perfect Getaway

I visited this property with my wife and adult daughter, and everyone loved this rental. This was our first visit to Kure Beach and we were not disappointed … the location is absolutely perfect! The beach was clean and quiet; when there were others out, there was always plenty of space between groups. Property description and pictures are a good representation of what we experienced. Checkin process was very simple. We would love to come back again.

Property was amazing. Friendly neighbors and a few steps to the beach. Cleanliness could be a lot better. Wasn’t bad but spent the first 1 1/2 cleaning sinks, floors and all doors knobs and handles. Communion with the rental company was nonexistent. Dishwasher stopped working three days in. Called and emailed when with NO response. Oh well. We loved the beach and the town. Would go back with better communication and cleanliness.

Beach please!

We had so much fun here. We took a gamble and booked before any reviews were posted, but I’m so glad we did. Property was exactly as described. Perfect for our family of 5, with 3 kids 5 and under. Being right on the beach was a huge plus. We sent up a tent first thing in the morning and took it down at night, going in and out of the house as needed. Outdoor shower was awesome, although it took some trial and error to get it going. We took all of our food and made most meals in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were pretty comfortable for a rental house and the kids loved the bunk beds. Area surrounding the house is all residential and it was pretty quiet, although our visit fell outside of tourist season. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation on the beach

We had visiting grandchildren and their parents, and they had their first beach stay, and loved it. Convenience of being on the beach was fabulous. The unit fit our needs perfectly, and was clean and cheerful. The garage was great for keeping a car and storing some beach gear. The unit included beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some toys. We made incredible memories here!
