« We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldnât adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didnât close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do.
We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasnât usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. Lastly there was a fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet under the comforter, which didnât feel like luxury bedding as...
