« The basics that didn’t work and I would have over looked if we didn’t have the final straw: no heat on a 17 degree night. They offered for us to go pay for another expensive place to move and refund us for that much. We ended up having to move because it wasn’t safe for our children to be in those temperatures. It took over 3/4 hours to pack up alone (not to mention the unpacking/moving the car etc) and moving in the sub freezing temperatures with children. They said they couldn’t help us move....

« We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Pros: great location near the bike trails, clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, ample space for four people, building was quiet, nice view, nice deck, good selection of board games, responsive hosts. Cons: I had contacted the host (which seems to be a management company) prior to our stay to ask about AC and was told there were portable units in both the living room and one bedroom. « Good stay, comfortable bed. The oven only has two temperatures, Off, or 1,000 degrees. Would be helpful if that was fixed. Other than that everything was good. »

« Cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. There were hairs and food crumbs on the sheets in the bedroom. The mattress cover on the sofa bed was covered in filth with used blankets wadded up in the extra storage area. When we showered the water was cold after approximately 5 minutes. My husband and kids had to wait to shower. We opted to leave after being in the unit for 2 hours and drove almost 4 hours home because we were not sleeping in those conditions. »

« Ok, this place is a value rental. If you want fancy, move on. But if you want a place to lay your head after skiing that is the best price around, this is your place. Cons: it is above a large convenience store/ gas station so you'll hear their music clearly through the floor (that wasn't fun) and the general noise of the store and it smells a bit because it is an old place. Pros: the price, close to the mountain for skiing, close to the Ski Barn for ski rentals, good well-stocked convenience...
