"As usual with APA hotels the service is top-notch. Just outside of Keisei-narita train station the hotle offers the traditional japanese bath, which MUST ABSOLUTELY be experienced. It's amazing and is a top selling point for me. The rooms might be on the small side but it is a business hotel after all. It is primarily for working poeple. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable all the same. The staff are amazing. Upon arrival I was welcomed by a trainee receptionist who expertly handled the check-in process. Her english was very good. Protip: in front of the hotel there is a wagyu bar that cooks the best steaks ever! It's called Meat Stand And Grill. They serve local wagyu beef from Chiba Prefecture. I pinned my hometown on their world map. You should add yours too."

"Personnel toujours au top et sympathique. L'établissement date mais reste propre. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Les shuttles gratuits sont parfait pour se déplacer à l'aéroport, à la gare de Narita ou bien au grand mall Aeon de Narita. Toujours un plaisir d'y séjourner."
