« Super clean room and very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet spot with the bonus of the parking area out the back. Super easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and polite and helpful! Price of the room was also decent for the convenience of being so close to the Main Street. Highly recommend! »

« Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm. »

« We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us. »
