The modern kitchen has everything you need: plenty of dishes, pots, cutlery, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, blender, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom also ensures pleasant
warmth underfoot.

The balcony is furnished. A patio umbrella is available.

The apartment has three bedrooms: Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (starting in 2026, these will be box-spring beds, each with a full-length topper: 2 m x 1.80 m and 2 m x 1.60 m). Each bedroom has a TV.

The open, converted attic studio features a cozy relaxation area. The space invites you to linger. There is also another TV here. The (sleeper) couch can be used as an additional sleeping option (sleeping area 2 m x 1.40 m).

All TVs are equipped with a CI module for pay-TV.

The daylight-filled shower room (with a low threshold and rain shower) and toilet is equipped with a washer-dryer. A towel warmer and a hair dryer are also provided. An iron and ironing board, as well as a clothes dryer, are also available in the apartment.

The floor on the living level is tiled. The attic studio features stylish PVC flooring.

Pleated blinds are installed on all windows in the apartment. Insect screens are provided in the living and sleeping areas.

A travel crib and high chair are available free of charge.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

A storage shed (with electrical outlets) is available for the bicycles you bring with you.

One parking space is available at the house.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is available for rent for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The Carpe Diem, Godewind, and Kolibri accommodations are located in the same building, should you need more space.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise disturbances.

Centrally located yet in a quiet setting, the historic harbor with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
