« Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option! »

« It has been upgraded from last year, did see a couple of small bugs, made us a little nervous, didn’t have enough luggage carts. Very friendly staff. Wished they had bacon or sausage for breakfast. Did have sausage gravey which was good. »

« Loved the style and cleanliness and how helpful the staff was ! We had a room with 2 bunk beds and I was looking so forward to being on one of the top bunks but !! The way the ladder is designed to climb up , makes it very difficult to climb up to the top! It’s a straight up not slanted ladder and you have to turn to the right to grab the bed safety guard which is difficult to do as you’re trying to pull yourself to the top ! « I wonder if this hotel is understaffed. The staff who were there were very nice, but we had to get things for ourselves--more tissues off the housekeeping cart. Also, I said in advance I needed non-feather pillows, because I'm allergic to feather. No one switched the feather for foam before I got there, and then they only had one foam pillow to give me! (Which they handed to me in the lobby, so I carried it up myself.) »
