The space
Studio Xenia is situated on the first floor and provides ideal accommodation for three persons. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal.
Studio consists of a bedroom with two single beds and pull-out sofa bed and the kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom consists of a shower and sink. The bedroom provides access to the furnished balcony equipped with table and chairs.
Additional Information:
- Smoking is permitted only outside, on the terrace or balcony.
- Pets (up to 15 kg) are welcome with prior notice and an additional fee of 12 euros per day. By bringing a pet, you agree to take full responsibility for its care and not to leave it unattended in the apartment.
