« This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. First and foremost it STUNK. The employees live there on site I guess and the entire bottom floor where it seems they live it is awful smelling. That gross food they cook stinks up a whole building. Also, the SAME guy was at the desk when we checked out and he was trying everything to keep my $100 cash deposit. He did finally give it back and now we’re off the a nice hotel. If you want a good experience somewhere you’ll not find it at...

« The front desk lady at night is very nice and helps everyone greatly! Shower head could have been better on floor 4. »

« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« The woman that checked us in was extremely rude more than once. The sheets had brown stuff on them and we got bug bites. Breakfast was ok the second day but the waffle maker was broken the entire time. The first day the eggs were some weird pancake looking things. Could not eat them. The man that checked us out was nice though. »

« The pictures look better than the actual place. It would have been fine for me in my 20’s but now I’m a bit more particular. The daytime lady was very nice but the overnight shift was a little sketchy. They didn’t have breakfast because she was “busy with inventory “ If my husband had not been with my son and I- I would have been uncomfortable. »

« Just stayed one night passing through. I hate couldn’t stay more!! The Room 8 was wonderful. On the end at the pool, great parking, wonderful view. So cute inside. Rose did a wonderful job cleaning the room. And Holly had a beautiful breakfast laid out in the morning!! Love, love!!! »

« Worst experience ever. Booked on Expedia one night before arrival. Showed up at 5 PM and was denied check-in because I didn’t send my ID to management by 4 PM. They canceled with no refund. Neither Expedia nor the property helped. Nothing on the listing mentioned this requirement. A confirmation number should mean the room is secured. This policy needs to be disclosed clearly at the time of booking. »
