The Space:

Bon Bida Penthouse offers 150 m² of living space spread across three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living room with access to the balcony and rooftop terrace, and a shared garden on the ground level. The Primary Bedroom has two twin beds, Bedroom 2 also has two twin beds, and Bedroom 3 has one twin bed. The open kitchen with island connects to the living room and includes a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and ice maker.

Good to know:

- City sounds: on some evenings you may hear Kralendijk's cheerful vibes in the background.

- Shared garden or outdoor area: the tropical garden and pool are shared with other guests, which also creates a friendly, social atmosphere.

- On an unpaved road: the access road can be bumpy, but a 4x4 isn't necessary.



Guest Access:

As a guest of Bon Bida Penthouse, you'll have access to the entire penthouse: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open kitchen with island, the living room, the balcony, the generous rooftop terrace, and the shared garden. You can also use the communal pool at Bon Bida Apartments, and parking is free both on the premises and on the street. To warmly welcome you and provide information about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals in person. The Sunwise hosts will arrange your check-in with you.



The Neighborhood:

Bon Bida Penthouse sits in a residential strip north of Kralendijk, from Harbour Village up toward Sabadeco. Close to various beach clubs and dive resorts and the northern shore dive sites, with restaurants and shops a short drive away. Hato combines convenience and tranquility: ideal for families and watersports enthusiasts who want to get going quickly, yet prefer a quiet neighborhood in the evening.



Bon Bida Penthouse is approximately 800 meters from Zhung Kong supermarket, 250 meters from Dive Friends Den Laman dive center, 240 meters from Isidel Beach Park, 2.8 kilometers from the center of Kralendijk and 450 meters from Rum Runners restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: Just nearby you'll find Bari Reef and Isidel Beach Park. Bari Reef is renowned as one of the Caribbean's most fish-diverse reefs; REEF surveys have recorded 300+ species here. Shore entry is easy, and even in the shallows snorkelers spot plenty of life in clear water. Pair your session with a relaxing break at Isidel Beach Park, calm water, easy access, and a great place to cool off between adventures.



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Bon Bida Penthouse. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Bon Bida Penthouse is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we kindly ask you to keep noise down at night. Enjoy your stay at Bon Bida Penthouse!
