Booked this for 4 people, they left us with 3 towels and 3 sets of sheets for 4 people for 6 days, wrote them every day asking them to bring us towels and sheets, had to sleep on a pillow with no pillow case. Absolutely no communication at all. They ignored us and never even responded to tell us they won’t bring us towels and sheets, even though they knew 4 people were staying there and left us with 3 towels.
