« We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size. »

« J'ai pas trouvé de chambre pour dormir. C'est qui va retourner mon d'argent? »

« Only complaint, using appliances were a bit challenging. But we are from the US, it a little different. Overall, place was superb. »
