Nos gîtes et cottages à Kouts

« Staff were really friendly, breakfast was great. Even liked that this hotel has actual hand soap that’s a pump in the bathrooms (in the rooms). »

« The price point was good, however, the room was unclean. Toenail clippings on the carpet. I couldn't tell if the linens were fresh. The bathroom was dirty in the corners..unacceptable. »

« Chambres king très confortables (les menuiseries mériteraient cependant d'être changées pour plus de confort acoustique notamment et d'isolation), personnel souriant et arrangeant. Salle de sport et piscines propres, bon débit du wifi, machine à laver et sèche-linge dans la buanderie. On y a passé un très bon moment ! (Séjour de 6 nuits) »

« All of the employees were super friendly and helpful so I didn't want to say anything 'bad' about the property, but my room was soooo smelly. I don't know if it was mold/musty smell, urine, I don't know, just not good. There were also a ton of security cameras on each floor pointing in every direction and while security is great, it was just so obvious and i don't know, made me feel uncomfortable. The doors also slam very loud so I got woken up repeatedly throughout the night. I wouldn't...

« Great beds and very clean. Highly recipe d »

« The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. What they had to work with was poor. Marriott should be ashamed to keep a hotel with their name on it in such rough condition. Every guest that I spoke to had issues with their room. For me I had to change rooms because of extremely low water press so that the toilet barely flushed and took five minutes to fill between each flush (I timed it) and needed repeated flushing to clear the bowl completely. I don’t know about others but I had...

« Spa en panne eau de la piscine gelée, lingerie en panne, poubelles non vidées le personnel ne gère aucun de ses problèmes et le petit dejeuner est très compliqué lors de la commande et quand l'assiette arrive ce n'est pas bon, tout ça pour 250 euros la nuit c'est lamentable autant aller dans le motel du coin ! on pensait se faire plaisir ca restera le raté du voyage »

« It's decent, quiet, and clean. It is a woodsy area. The breakfast is suck. Sausage and eggs everyday. They could do better. (At least add grits, bacon, and fresh fruit.) It's got an old hotel smell but they use plug-ins to kinda mask the odor. I am happy that they didn't have bed bugs! »

« Staff was kind and helpful. The bed was very comfy and everything was clean. »

« Main reason for the 4 stars is the non-functioning Mini-Split style Air-Conditioning units. The host/property management had installed two window A/C units, so we give them credit for that and that there was A/C in the unit. However these are simply obnoxious in noise and (strong) blowing cold air. Unit was clean and bright, nicely accommodated. Parking may seem inconvenient based on the information provided, but in reality wasn't an issue at all (always available street parking in close...

« Meh~ very old and outdated Hampton. »

« It was wonderful, peaceful and pet friendly »
