Villa Madelini is situated on the stunning Aphrodite Hills Resort in Kouklia, Paphos, just a 10 minute stroll from the resort village square and facilities. Villa Overview:
Fantastic bungalow-style villa located in the heart of the Resort, a two minute stroll from the golf clubhouse on Hestiades Greens. Three bedrooms, private pool and south-facing terraces.

Bedrooms: One master double bedroom (en suite bath with modern shower), and two twin rooms (sharing a bathroom with bath and overhead shower).

Full Villa Description:
Villa Madelini is a lovely well-furnished property that has all the accommodation laid out on one level; a bungalow-style villa. With great south-facing, outdoor terraces; the ground floor terraces is furnished with comfortable seating, large BBQ area, dining table & chairs. The private 8x4m pool (which can be heated off season at additional cost) and sunbeds are located on the lower patio, which is gated for child safety – great for families with kids! There is also a lovely, spacious roof terrace upstairs, comfortably furnished and with the added benefit of a table tennis table.

Inside, the villa has a large open plan living and dining area. The kitchen which is set to one side is well equipped (including a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher). Patio doors lead out from the dining side to the outdoor eating area with built in BBQ, and from the living area to the outside terrace too. The villa has comfortable sofas and a large screen TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. A free travel cot and high chair are available if required.

The two twin bedrooms (one of which can be configured as a double if requested) share a bathroom with overhead shower and the double master bedroom is en-suite with a bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom opens out to the patio and pool area.

Villa Madelini is air-conditioned throughout and has free reliable wi-fi. A super comfortable holiday home in the heart of the Resort, with all the facilities at your doorstep.

Hestiades Greens Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Hestiades Greens Village is situated right in the heart of the resort, around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square. The villas on this village all boast their own private pools, thus there is no communal pool here.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
