strategic location near to bus station n shopping complex. room not comfotable bcoz have many insect. toilet very dirty. the room not set up like hair dryer n mineral water. service very slow.

bad hotel.

i already arrive at hotel at 2 pm but still can't stay my room. he said booking only one room but i already book 3 week ago with payment for 2 rooms. the reception give excuse can't handle because new staff. waiting the another staff until 4pm. still can't rest until 4pm. give another room but have problem water, the room not like hotel, not clean, and have many insects. you said this hotel provide breakfast but only the bread because haven't the chef. the picture not like i see. i want to cancel the booking but many procedure to take back my money. i'm unhappy this hotel. first and last i come this hotel. please give the correct information and the real picture. thanks you.

One of the worst hotel ever stayed in. The room was in shambles. Paint peeling off, mousy smell. TV not working.. It's ridiculously bad

Not Recommended

Book a late check in via Expedia. Upon arrival, was told no room available even though Expedia booking is successful. At first, I was told that the booking will be forfeited and they're not going to honor it. I insist that the booking is successful and the error was on their part. They offer me a different room but I have to top up the difference which I agreed since it is already late at night before they told me of the free upgrade. The room itself is not well maintained with stained on the pillow and bed sheet. To make the matter worse, there are no bath towel available and was told it will only be available after 2pm next day which is past check-out time. As for breakfast, the room was advertise with breakfast but there was none. So, that will be my only time staying there. There are far more better places to stay at that price.

Dont want to stay here again.

The room is old n not very clean, the worst is the bed, there was like a black mark on the bed n blanket, and it smell. The wall really need a paint job, there's fungus grow on the wall already. There's no wifi also. The hotel was in good spot which is near to shopping mall, but the hotel was bad.

No wifi coverage in room..only in hotel lobby. Just simple breakfast. Suitable for low budjet hotel.

Terrible hotel

When I reached this hotel, there was the last room available. The room was acceptable but the toilet was broken. I asked to change the room but no room was available. I cannot stay in such condition and asked for a full refund. The manager declined my request so I left this hotel paying one night full. What a disastrous day. The location is just beside Tesco Kota Bharu.

Poorly maintained hotel! Reconsider pls!

Water bottles were not provided in the room. They have a water dispenser ....However, until the day we checked out, the supply was not replenished!! The heater was not working properly. The room doesnt maintained properly. Requested for shampoo but the receptionist said stock was not in yet from supplier.

テスコの前

ラマダン中であったが、テスコがホテルの前にあったので、食べ物に困らなかった。朝食が安いホテルのわりには、ちゃんと用意してくれた。水、紅茶、コーヒーなどが自由にのめた。

Acceptable place to stay near bus terminal

Hotel close to TESCO

Not much attention given to top up buffer food when it is empty! Water in bathroom flooded cos the floor levelling was bad! The door knob for the room was about to drop off!

Needs improvement

Pros: out of town, so less crowded and parking is easy. Wifi in room. With Tesco and a 7 eleven nearby, can get emergency food and other amenities. Toilet is reasonably clean. Buffet breakfast is adequate with fresh fruits (that we need to peel ourselves - am ok with that) and really hot coffee and tea (nice). Staff are friendly. Cons: no lift. Carpets are terribly worn and look grubby. Towels provided are grey with dark patches. Ants crawling on the wall. Mattress sink in the middle. Too strong detergent smell on the bed linens - don't know if they are properly rinsed.

Satisfied an overnight stay

Hotel lobby was better than quality of the rooms. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Dead cockroach in room! Beds were comfy. Shower/bathroom basic. Only there for an overnight stay before heading to perhentian Islands so okay.

We hadden 2 nachten geboekt maar na 1 nacht vertrokken aangezien we aantrekkelijkheid van de stad overschat hadden. Niets de moeite in Kota Bahru.
