« The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

« The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy »

« Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good. »

« Parfait »

« Clean room, friendly staff,-digital check in, surrounding area. »

« Best spa in area »

« Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. »

« Quarto limpo, grande, tranquilo. Refeições boas. Piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Não usei o SPA por opção minha. Bom estacionamento coberto.
