While we have taken measures to minimize noise, there might be some or no disturbance during the daytime. Rest assured, there will be no noise after 5pm on weekdays and throughout the weekends. The construction site is securely fenced off, ensuring your safety and access to the property. We have adjusted our pricing to reflect the situation. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $2000 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Any noise related complaints will be taken very seriously and parties will be fined at $2000 and an immediate termination of the contract. Respecting the neighbors is our number one priority.
