E komo mai, welcome to Manualoha 801!

This recently remodeled (2024) multi-level 2bd-2ba condo with AC in the living room and both bedrooms is just steps from Poipu Beach. The ground level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, indoor laundry W/D, and guest bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. The spacious living area leads out to an open air lanai and grassy lawn, perfect for a game of cornhole (provided). Access to two shared pools, hot tub, and tennis courts. The primary bedroom with king bed is upstairs, opens up to two lanais, with an office space boasting incredible views. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub. Both bedrooms have a portable AC for your comfort. Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms is included. A trundle sofa in the living room offers an additional sleeping place (a $50/night additional guest fee is applied for 5th guest).

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo at Poipu beach! Just a few minute walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. So convenient! We rented bikes and rode all around Poipu and Kōloa. Such a fun area! The condo had everything we needed for cooking and for the beach. Very comfortable and clean, and the property managers were very easy to reach if we had any questions. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in Poipu at Manualoha. The unit was perfect, clean, spacious and close to the pool and beach. It was equipped with everything we needed (and some) - Thank you! Our stay did not disappoint even a little bit (besides having to leave). When we return to Kauai we would absolutely stay at Manualoha! We had such a lovely, breathtaking vacation in Kauai - the islands beauty is truly magical.

The condo was perfect for my family. The upstairs bedroom was secluded enough from the living area. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities to cook and eat for the week. The grounds are lovely and very close to both Brennecke’s beach for boogie boarding and Poipu Beach for snorkeling, swimming, and watching the turtles. There are two lovely pools, one-way with a view of the beach. Although we didn’t use them, there are barbecues as well. The apartment had a wagon, beach, chairs, and umbrella, pool noodles, a boogie board, and a cooler bag. you will need your own snorkel equipment. Are they even provided a Brita pitcher and an automatic icemaker so we didn’t have to buy bottled water.

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect: It's close to the tennis courts, a 5 min walk to the restaurant nearby, and a 5 min walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches. Other restaurants are within walking distance as well. Being on the ground floor was also nice for the kids so they could run around. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was well stocked convenient to everything we wanted to do and super clean. The furnishings made it feel homey and the location and access to pools was perfect for our two kids ages six and nine. It came well stocked with equipment for the beach and pool as well, which we appreciated. The air conditioning was an added plus! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo! Easy check in and check out processes. Well appointed with everything we needed during our stay, including beach gear! Loved having an in unit washer and dryer. Parking was no problem and the proximity to the beaches was nice! My only suggestion would be to add more portable AC units, as the 2 provided did not suffice to cool down the condo enough to sleep comfortably until the outside temps dropped overall in the middle of the night. Aside from this, we had a great stay and would return in the future!

The condo is beautiful and very modern. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The property is gorgeous and we were just a one minute walk from the pools and tennis court. There is a restaurant on site as well. Poipu beach was easily walkable and had good waves for boogie boarding. It got a little warm in the afternoons since there is no AC in the living room, but I would stay here again for sure!

The location was the best part! A 5 min walk to the beach and it was nice and quiet. Our biggest complaint was that we chose this location because of the pickleball courts, but you have to pay to use them. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing so that was frustrating. Also, they give you the bare minimum for toilet paper and paper towels so be prepared to buy more. The place was decently clean, but the sheets and a couple towels needed to be washed again. Luckily it had a washer and dryer. Also, the top room and living room were a little warm some days, so if you want good AC, this is not your place. They had a good amount of beach chairs and only one boogie board. The pool was nice with a good view of the ocean. Overall the location really made the place worth it.

Beautiful place. Loved the location to the beach and the setup of the condo. Only suggestion is to have a book that details where to find the pool, how to operate the TV, and nearby attractions. We stayed at this condo for 7 nights and enjoyed every minute. The condo is extremely clean and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It has a very spacious master suite on the second level, but the second bedroom, on the first floor, was a bit small for our two young adult daughters. Other than that, it has everything you need including beach chairs, cooler and bougie board, and full kitchen. The resort was perfect, close to Poipu Beach and very clean. We loved walking to the beach daily for sunrise, watching the turtles and seals, and sunset. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at this perfect condo. It’s been updated, which the photos as of 1-9-24 didn’t show. The living room has new furniture, and both bathrooms have new cabinets. I almost passed this place up due to the tired looking furniture in the living room photos and I’m so glad I didn’t! It’s a quick walk to the beach to snorkel, view turtles, body board, playground and restaurants. Body board rental is right on the beach road. I ultimately chose this condo because it has in-unit washer and dryer (also newer than the photos), the downstairs king bed can be separated into 2 twin beds, and both bedrooms have AC.
