The condo was spacious, clean, and updated. Slept 6 comfortably. The property had 2 pools with hot tubs that we used almost every night after a long day exploring gorgeous Kauai. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo to wash our clothes and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s not the newest or fanciest unit, but it’s very clean and functional. Two bedrooms with a king bed, and the third has two twins. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could want, including a coffee grinder. Washer/dryer cuts down on packing and worked really well. Reserved parking space right out front, and an electronic keypad rather than keys is so much easier.

Large familyvacation renting three units in this property. For this unit had two boys in room the twin beds, mom and daughter in king masterand then the upstairs for grandmom with private bath, bed and loft. Love having the beach chairs, boogie boards etc. condo is beautifully furnished.

We loved the location of this condo! We walked everywhere from restaurants to shopping and great beaches. The condo had plenty of room and was furnished nicely. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect. There was an issue with a broken sprinkler that caused water to hit the living room sliding glass door. I flagged down a maintenance person and they fixed it right away, but not sure how long that was happening as the sprinklers come on at midnight so you wouldn't know unless you're in the living room at that time. Overall, the condo was well stocked with the necessities needed. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay. The condo was spacious and accommodated our group of 6 adults and one toddler. The place was very clean and well-stocked. We loved how close to the beach it was and enjoyed using the pool area after a day at the beach.

the basic property was great. the dishwasher didn't work the entire stay. we didn't cook at the condo so did not really have to deal with it. the master bed was extremely tired and needs replaced. Other than that the location was great loved my parking space

Love Poipu Kai for easy access to beach and convenient driving distance for where we want to go. This condo had exactly the right sleeping arrangements for our group. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of pots and pans and utensils. Appreciated the paper plates and plastic storage bags. It was great having beach towels and chairs. We were told ahead of time that the oven wasn’t working, but there is a large countertop oven that worked for us. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The A:C quit working a few days into our stay. They did fix it after a day or two. I prefer to open all the windows and let cross breezes take care of it, but the floor plan doesn’t allow that. The top bedroom has no window, nor any place for clothes storage. We all had a great time despite the inconveniences and a couple of stuffy nights.

Upon arriving on the island, I got an email from Remax stating that the oven was not working in the unit and that they would put a toaster oven in our unit as a substitute, after arriving to our unit, we had a note on the counter saying the dishwasher didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work and the entire stove did not work. Of course this was after we just got back from Costco with all the food that we were going to cook in the unit. I contacted Remax and my response from them was I’m in the middle of something, get back to you later, they did finally get back to us and told us that if you wanted to use the oven and stove in the unit below us that we could, but that is a huge inconvenience to what we wanted to do as a family and the unit below was not air-conditioned so I was very disappointed in all of that (we did not use the unit below) but the location was great other than not having a functioning kitchen we had a nice time.

The dishwasher, microwave therefore fan above stove did not work. The oven temperature guide was broken so you never knew how high the temp was . There was a handwritten note above oven explaining this. The television in the master bedroom didn't work at all. The location and cleanliness were great.

This condo is in a great location. The grounds are gorgeous and the facilities outside were well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. However, there were many things that needed to be replaced and or repaired. The dishwasher and the oven did not work at all. The ceiling fans in the master bedroom and the living room did not work properly (squeeking) and missing a pull cord. The lamp in the master bedroom was dusty and broken
no on off switch & nothing to hold the shade in place. There were 2 broken patio chairs which they did replace. The office chair is cracked but functional. We appreciated Angela’s quick responses and communications. We also liked having the beach chairs available to us. I’d stay here again if everything worked. We appreciate the late check out.

Lovely condo—extremely cozy and perfectly maintained. We loved having three bathrooms. Its fantastic location within walking distance to Poipu Beach, along with its proximity to shopping and restaurants, was perfect for us. We had everything we required for our stay. However, we suggest having some extra towels and blankets available, which would be a nice addition. We would highly recommend to anyone to stay! Mahalo! Olga and friends

This property was okay. There was no deadbolt that allowed us to secure the property when we went to bed which was disconcerting. It was reasonably clean, but the furniture was pretty worn. We were disappointed to be greeted by two big bowls under what had been a leak in the roof/ceiling. The property manager thought that the HOA had completed the repair, which they clearly had not. Hotel-style washable bathroom mats would have been much nicer than the fuzzy, not terribly clean ones provided. Bathroom shower curtain liners needed to be changed out. They were past their prime and somewhat mildewy. Check-in instructions clearly said to only park in our assigned parking space and three times had to call security because someone was in our assigned spot.
