Standard occupancy is 12 adults.
All rooms in the villa can accommodate an extra bed except the 7th bedroom. Costs for an extra person is USD 50++ per person per night.

- Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

- Laundry service is available at extra cost and must be paid at the time incurred or at the time of departure.
- Baby sitting service upon request and availability (THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required)
- In-villa spa treatment with extended menu

EVENTS
- Maximum seating capacity: 20 guests (combination of seating and standing)
- Maximum standing capacity: 20 guests
- Event fees: USD 500 (subject to 7% tax) for up to 20 guests.
Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the
villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 or USD 2,500 will be
collected.
- Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000
will be collected.
- Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
