3. Island Stay Considerations:
Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay.

4. Electricity Usage :
Electricity and water are not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. The electricity charge at 6.5 THB per unit and water charge at 0.50 THB per unit.

5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 is required in cash at check-in.
