VILLA DESCRIPTION
Kalya Residence, a luxurious 4-bedroom villa within the private and secure Panacea Estate, is a testament to absolute quality and luxury. Every aspect, from finish and furniture to layout, is meticulously planned to ensure a luxurious and enjoyable experience for guests.

Situated conveniently, the villa offers proximity to various attractions across Koh Samui. The main ferry port of Nathon, connecting to the Thai mainland, is a 30-minute drive away. Additionally, it takes 20 minutes to reach Samui's international airport and just 10-15 minutes to the beautiful sandy Bophut Beach, Big Buddha, and the main tourist center of Chaweng.

The villa features a high natural stone retaining wall bordering the garden, leading to the elevated living and dining room. The living space, extending almost the entire width of the villa, boasts a high wood-lined vaulted ceiling with windows on both sides, creating a grand sense of space. A dining table for ten is placed in the center, next to an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and high-end appliances, including a built-in wine cooler.

The lounge area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, complements the dining space. Outside, a covered balcony runs along the entire length of the pavilion, offering stunning views of the tropical garden and the 20-meter infinity pool. The clear glass barrier ensures uninterrupted views, and all-weather chairs provide a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment of the surroundings.

- The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (bean espresso machine), blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, juicer, wine fridge, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, basics (oil, salt and pepper), pots and pans, coffee grounds/beans, tea pot, mini bar, wine glasses, and floating breakfast as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.
- The indoor dining pavilion (a modern open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar) can seat up to 8 persons. There is also an outdoor dining sala with a barbecue grill that can sit up to 8 persons.

Meals are prepared by Panacea's central kitchen, which has extensive experience in Western, Thai, Asian, vegetarian, and children's cuisine. All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen -- guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT.

We are happy to accommodate special requests, including strict dietary requirements. All meals -- breakfast, lunch and dinner -- can be arranged in advance. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request.

If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa's kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges.

AGE POLICY

SECURITY DEPOSIT
