This brand-new 1-bedroom villa with a pool is located in Bophut, within walking distance of Fisherman’s Village, where you can enjoy the night market and numerous bars and restaurants in the area. The bedroom overlooks the tropical garden with the pool. The most beautiful sandy beaches are all nearby, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment seekers. The nearest supermarket is just a 3-minute scooter ride away. This lovely villa is 9 km from Koh Samui Airport and 15 km from Nathon Pier ferry terminal, making it the perfect base for exploring the entire island.

You can count on various amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a safe in the bedroom. Pool and garden maintenance is included, so you can enjoy your stay without worries.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.

Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at check-in. This is to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once every 4 days during your stay. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay.
