The space:
The newly renovated 40m2 studio is located in the downtown of Koblenz, just a few walking minutes away from the Old Town, the Christmas Market, Rhine-Mosel-Halle, Deutsches Eck, Rhine Promenade, the Electoral Palace, and the train Central-Station,

The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building, is accessible with an elevator, and consists of a glamorous bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a vast bright bedroom with two big windows for a pleasant fresh stay.

The entire apartment is decorated with handpicked Tunisian elements and customized Oil paintings made by Sonia. This space - to represent the host's personality - is the perfect combination of modern and traditional styles.

If you work remotely, you are a streamer, an entrepreneur, or traveling for business, we grant you the most enjoyable and comfortable workplace possible:

- an ergonomic chair with adjustable height and lean, and feet stand

Our queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with different types of pillows allows you to have a restful sleep in your favorite sleeping position. The triple-glazed windows provide a completely quiet and isolated space, a peace of mind.

Tea or coffee? We put to your disposal a brand new Nespresso machine and milk frother with DECAFFEINATED espresso, Nespresso, and cafe creme to set up your favorite coffee in a matter of seconds. As well as premium herbal tea sorts. You can easily cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner with everything we provide you in the kitchen. Easy to use yet effective dish machine to save you time and space. Supermarkets around within a walking distance, open from Mon to Sat till 21-22 pm.

You reach the bathroom from the kitchen. Its big highlight is the spacious walk-in shower with rain head shower. We provide throughout your stay fresh towels, a hairdryer and all bathroom & shower essentials.
