The space
An exclusive concept of three private tropical villas for twenty-six guests! with its own celebration space or Yoga Shala 100 Sqm! It is located one hundred steps away from the sea by a charming path through the coconut grove. At less than 10 minutes, Koh Pha-Ngan best international restaurants, French bakery, commodities such as 7/11 Convenience store (24/7).
Three big villas, for a living space of approximately one thousand Sqm (1,000) on five-thousands Sqm (5,000) land, three swimming pools and a total of thirteen bedrooms, eleven bathrooms and twelve toilets.
We offer daily cleaning, full maintenance operated daily by four discrete employees.
1- Villa one- Baan Yai also called villa One is Baan Thamarchat biggest villa with 320 sqm of living space on a one thousand Sqm (1,000) of tropical garden.
There are 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning & fan, Smart TV – Netflix account and 3 bathrooms.
Four bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, one bedroom with two single beds.
The open plan living area overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sofa area, dining area for up to twelve people, a fully furnished western-style kitchen and ceiling or floor fans.
The slightly raised first floor (ground floor) has three of the bedrooms, two with King size beds (master bedrooms), air conditioning, Smart TVs, private bathroom, private toilet, and a safe box. There is also a small bedroom with two singles, connected to one of the Master with Smart TV, Air conditioning and fan/
Upstairs you will find another two spacious bedrooms, both with King size beds, air conditioning and fan, Smart TVs, deck, and lounge sofa space.
There is a third open air hot shower bathroom in the garden to give a truly tropical, natural feel.
The Swimming pool sizes 12×5 meters and has a large child shallow space. There are built-in benches inside the pool, and outside the pool there are sunbathing lounge chairs and an umbrella.
Ramp access is available to the first (ground) floor. Baan Yai also has a Shala space, ideal for massages at the villa.
2- Baan Ya Kha five Bedrooms:
Baan Ya Kha offers unique private resort-style living for up to ten people.
There are three accommodation bungalows and an open plan living and kitchen area. It is all gently arranged around the swimming pool, kitchen, living room with sofa and 50" Smart TV with international channels.
The swimming pool is integrated into the living room which makes it perfect for cocktail time but also offers a shallow shady space, ideal for children.
Above ground, the large living space offers a lounge area, dining space for up to 12 people and a fully furnished Western style kitchen in an open tropical setting.
Underwater, the swimming pool is 13x5 meters with a maximum depth of 145 CMS. There are built-in benches inside the pool, and outside the pool there are sunbathing lounge chairs and an umbrella.
The five air-conditioned bedrooms are arranged around the swimming pool.
Bungalow one has two bedrooms with King size beds. It also has a bathroom, separate toilet, and a safe box.
Bungalow two has two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one twin bedroom. It also has a bathroom, separate toilet, and safe box.
Bungalow three is a single bedroom with King size bed with bathroom, separate toilet, and safe box.
All bungalows also have fans.

3- Baan Taolili Three Bedrooms:
It has its own private land of approximately eight hundred Sqm (800), property wall and access via a walking pass or an electric gate for vehicles.
In the main building you will find two bedrooms with king size beds, Air conditioned, private bathrooms, and toilets, working desk, safes, smart TVs, fans, walking closet, wardrobe, and dimmer lighting.
A huge airy balcony with twelve guests dining table, benches, and chairs. A comfortable outdoor sofa where your friends and families could share after a balmy day at the beach.
Ideal for breakfast or an aperitif, an outside wooden bar counter with stools opening on a hydraulic window system, giving a view inside the kitchen. Dimmer lighting and fans, all the necessary to spend a comfortable evening in Thailand.
Inside the main building, there is a big living room with another comfortable sofa and wooden table.
A fully equipped Western kitchen with oven, microwave, huge fridge, toaster, rice cooker, blender etc.
Outside the main building, an independent but connected One-Bedroom bungalow, Air conditioned, Smart Tv and sofa, safe, Fridge, Fan, water boiler, closet, private bathroom hot water and toilet.
Swimming pool sizes 10 x 4,50 meters and 1,50 meters deep with salt system chlorination, less aggressive than chlorine.
At the top of the pool, a sundeck offers the possibility to bathe in half sun and water. An underwater bench offers a nice spot to rest and enjoy the whole property view.
Behind the pool, a Shala space with another fridge, bean bags or lounge chairs to relax in the shade or practice Yoga in couple. And discreetly added, an outdoor toilet and shower.
All the villa is designed "Wheelchair friendly" access with slopes all around and toward any living areas.
- Baan Thamarchat domain is located only few steps away from international restaurants, bakeries and 24/7 convenience store just down the road (7-11). A short 100 meters stroll offers tens of restaurants, Thai, French, Italian, Persian, Indian and vegan/vegetarian, etc.
