« Un endroit exceptionnel !! »

« Wonderful place to stay, in this unique boutique hotel where you feel at home right away. Very well decorated, beautiful rooms, super clean, and has that great quiet vibe where you can enjoy a glass of wine sitting on this beautiful very long unique wood table. The moment you enter the property you are Welcome by Virginie who will make your stay flawless, making great recommendations while in Koh Phangan. And if you have the chance to meet Alexander, the creator and owner of « La Belle Vie »...

« The staff were friendly and the recreational facilities, such as the pool, were excellent, but there were issues with everything else. First of all, even though it was check-in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait quite a while. The dormitory room was infested with mosquitoes, and to make matters worse, there were even bedbugs—it was a nightmare. »

« Manager de l’hôtel désagréable et antipathique ! »

« Nous avons apprécié le calme, la verdure, la proximité de la plage, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires, le restaurant et la bonne cuisine de la propriétaire. »

« The woman in charge of checkin was not nice, I had to change my schedule in urgence , check out at 7am instead of 11am. I came , she made me wait for 30 minutes. She said that I have to tell one hour before for check out ( my room was fully paid). They were not friendly , 5 ppl doing nothing, taking their time. In addition the bad music very loud full day. I don’t recommend this hotel. »
