Just 10 meters from the water’s edge, this self-catering family cottage opens directly onto the lagoon, where you can swim, fish, paddle, moor your boat, or simply relax on the small beach right outside. A private boat mooring is included.

The Space
As you arrive, you step into a fully enclosed entertainment area – a relaxed indoor-outdoor space featuring a 12-seater dining bench, comfy couches, bar counter, and dartboard. Slide open the windows for fresh lagoon breezes, or head out onto the open balcony deck, where another big table invites long meals, sundowners, and connection with nature.
Inside, the home has a fully equipped kitchen with:
• Gas stove & oven
• Gas geysers
• Inverter and solar power backup
• DSTV & WiFi

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Downstairs:
• Room 1: Queen-size bed, en-suite with bath, shower, toilet & basin.
• Room 2: Queen-size bed, en-suite with shower, toilet & basin.
• Room 3: King-size bed (can convert into two singles) — ideal for kids or friends — en-suite with bath, shower & basin.
Upstairs:
• Room 4: A rustic, loft-style space – simple, quirky, and perfect for teens or extra guests. It gets warm in summer and chilly in winter, but there’s an inverter-powered aircon to keep you comfy.
Please note: this room has no en-suite, but a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin is just off the deck downstairs.

Outdoor Living
The open balcony is made for lazy afternoons and big family braais. There’s:
