The space
Experience a newly built and fully outfitted home, that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests! This home is located in one of SoKno’s newest subdivisions just 10 minutes from UT’s campus, 15 minutes from the Airport, and 20 minutes from the heart of Downtown Knoxville! This house has an open concept with a warm and contemporary living-dining-kitchen area directly adjacent to a fully-furnished covered patio and a private backyard - perfect for entertainment and making good memories!

The first floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Suite has a King-sized bed and an en-suite with a large shower, double vanity, and very large closet containing two twin-sized roll-away beds. The other two bedrooms sleeps a Queen and King-sized bed and shares a full bathroom directly across the hallway.

The second level is dedicated to a very large bonus bedroom that doubles as a game room. There are two queen-sized Murphy bed cabinets on either side of the gaming table, which converts from pool to air hockey to table tennis. There is also Skee-Ball for classic arcade game lovers! This bedroom also has a full-sized bathroom and walk-in closet.

Every room is equipped with additional comfort, having full bedding and extra towels. There is zoned heating and cooling for both levels of the house. There is a two-car garage and a driveway that can accommodate two additional vehicles. The house is equipped with Smart TVs in every room and free high-speed internet. There is a convenience center for waste and recycling located less than one mile down Governor John Sevier Highway, and the subdivision is within a few miles from Chapman Highway where there are many food and shopping options.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to experience all aspects of the property, except for the secured property managers closet and the attic.

Other things to note

WIFI/ Smart TVs
There is free WIFI and every room is equipped with Smart TVs, and you are free to log into your favorite tv apps such as Hulu, Netflix, and other. Please remember to log out of your personal accounts before leaving.

Murphy Beds
Please remember to first, fully extend the lower drawer on the murphy bed cabinet, before extending the bed. The lower drawer acts as a support for a portion of the frame.

Roll-Away Beds
Please beware that the roll-away bed will decompress upon releasing the restraints/straps. Hold the folded bed in position until ready to extend.

Linen/Towels/Pillows
All rooms are equipped with linen, bedding, towels, blankets, and pillows, and these items are stored in both the bedroom closets and towel closet.
