« Situé à 4 miles du centre-ville de Knoxville, cet hotel est correct pour un séjour d'affaire. Il mériterait une bonne rénovation de la cuisinette et de la salle de bain. Dans la cuisinette, une plaque de cuisson à deux feux, dont un ne fonctionnait pas. trop peu d'ustensiles de cuisine pour vraiment cuisiner des repas dans la chambre. « This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport.

« It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL!
The place needs a severe update and an exterminator.
I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend.
The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES!
The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it.
I shook out everything that I took in to the room.
I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone".
