« The residence was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of space for a couple. The Keurig was very convenient and well stocked with K cups, creamer, and sugar. Train noise was definitely a thing the first night, but we kinda got used to it after that. Although the main bed upstairs was nice, we actually decided to sleep in the murphy bed downstairs most nights. It just felt a bit more cozy down there. We had a wonderful time here and would absolutely recommend to others! »

« This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away but very convenient to downtown and campus. Very spacious apartment and well stocked and kept. We loved that it had 2 king beds as opposed to queens. Precious courtyard area is an added bonus! »

« The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it! »

« Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again. »

« My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend. »

« The host was excellent with communication. The condo was clean and very well appointed. We were able to bring out two small dogs and the ground floor condo was perfect for us. The condo is very close UT and downtown, it was a perfect location! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay and the bathrooms were perfect as well. We had an emergency with one of our pets and the owners worked very well with us regarding a late check out. We couldn’t have asked for more...

« We had a great stay here while attending a concert on UT campus. The property was very clean, exactly as described and a pleasant stay for all of us. Despite it's close proximity to the interstate it was surprisingly quiet while inside. Really appreciate the fact there are no requirements at checkout. Would definitely stay here again. »

« This is a great small apartment near UT with access to the Greenway for walking and biking. The building itself is older but the condo has been redone and was clean and bright. Bev was quick to respond to a few things we needed. We enjoyed our stay. »

« My stay was very pleasant as I felt right at home. Though I brought my own consumer goods, the place was well stocked in everything (tissue, soap, laundry detergent, etc) you could need. Clean and spacious. Quiet, friendly (cordial) neighborhood. »
