The Space:

Perched on the 7th floor of a seafront building on the Zeedijk, this studio places the North Sea directly in front of you - framed by a sunny terrace where you can settle in with a coffee and watch the tide roll in. The open sea view stretches uninterrupted from the moment you step inside, and the terrace catches the afternoon and evening sun, making it a natural gathering spot at the end of a day on the beach.



Living space

The studio is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of its footprint. A cozy living area opens directly onto the terrace, keeping the connection to the sea close at all times. A flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi are available when you want to wind down indoors, and a dedicated workspace means longer stays are well catered for. Heating is available throughout.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio accommodates up to four guests across two sleeping options: a foldable double bed for two adults and a sofa bed suited for two children or young people up to 18 years old. Premium hotel-quality bed linens are provided, along with soft bath towels - one large and one small per person.

Situated directly on the Zeedijk in Knokke-Heist, the studio is around 10 minutes from the center of Knokke. The beachfront location gives you immediate access to the shore, with the town's shops, restaurants, and attractions a short drive or cycle away. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
