This classic tri-level Outer Banks beach house gives you the best of both sides of Duck: the Currituck Sound and its private pier are directly across the road, and the neighborhood’s private beach access is a short, flat walk east. Fresh white interiors, warm wood accents, vaulted ceilings, and decks on every level keep it bright and breezy inside and out.



Sunny Lagoon is just a short walk from the neighborhood’s private beach access, making it easy to spend your days by the water. Across the street, you’ll also find private sound access with a pier, a great spot for fishing or watching the sunset.



It’s a natural fit for two families sharing a week, a multi-generational trip, or a few couples (and their dogs) who want hot tub nights and quiet mornings on the screened porch.



WHEN YOU WANT TO EXPLORE

You’re just north of Duck Village, less than a mile from Village Table & Tavern, the Waterfront Shops, Duck Donuts, and Nor’banks for jet skis and parasailing. The Duck Trail bike-and-walk path runs right past the neighborhood. Corolla’s lighthouse and wild horse tours are about 10 miles north, and the 4x4 beaches are 20 minutes away.



Off-season is the local secret: empty beaches, hot tub nights, and Duck’s restaurants without the wait.



Sunny Lagoon offers a comfortable tri-level layout with plenty of room to spread out, plus several outdoor spaces to enjoy the coastal setting.

Smart lock check-in; your code arrives through our guest portal before arrival

Important Rental Information

Fee per dog (sorry, no cats allowed)

Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.

Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.
